I have spent a day in Milan with my family before heading to Cinqueterre (Italian seaside) and we had a fantastic time gelato-eating, aperitivo-drinking, shopping and finishing off with Magic Flute opera at La Scala. Busy day but just one outfit that I wanted to share with you:)
My absolute favorite striped 2-piece is from Loup, a NYC-based brand inspired by Parisian film, art and fashion icons such as Brigitte Bardot and Jane Birkin. Those very 70-s wide high-waisted culottes and belted kimono jacket look equally stylish with heels or Converse – very versatile. I am heading to Paris after my travels around Italy and it will certainly be colder there – totally wearing this 2-piece with a warm cashmere turtleneck and low boots.
My shoes are Nicholas Kirkwood – one of my favorite shoe designers. This season I have a thing with metallics – silver, gold, bronze – any of those colors on my shoes make me go 😛 😛 😛 . These heels look pretty impressive but remain very comfortable and perfect for running around all day.
You can notice a gorgeous earring on certain images – my new obsession. Tara is a jewelry brand from San Francisco with a great cause behind what they do. Their line of interchangeable studs and danglers couldn’t be more perfect for my on-the-go lifestyle. All of their pieces have been designed so you can mix and match them to create your own unique look and build a bespoke collection over time. I always feel more dressed up when I am wearing one of their pieces 🙂
My watch is a classic and chic piece by Daniel Wellington. I love the simplicity of this watch and its rose gold details. I wear a lot of jewelry on my hands so the watch simply must be very clean and simple. I got a lot of compliments wearing it and would like you to enjoy a piece from Daniel Wellington as well.
